About Andrei

Andrei Gonzales is the Senior Experience Architect for SalesForce in Canberra, Australia, where he primarily helps clients in the Australian public service sector achieve digital transformation through user-centric research and design.

In the past, Andrei was a Service and Interaction Design Associate Manager at Fjord Design and Innovation, focusing his efforts at leading the Fjord Client Evolution program for Government, where he solved complex challenges while simultaneously building the skills and capabilities of Australian Public Services. Prior to Fjord, Andrei was also a Senior UX Designer at BCG Digital Ventures in Sydney, working on some of Australia’s largest consumer brands and businesses.

Before moving to Australia, Andrei was one of the earliest designers (and definitely the first Filipino) that helped shape InVision: the design prototyping tool. Andrei was also co-founder of the design studio HugoMNL, where they worked for clients that include Kodak, Symantec, Walmart, and many more.
