About Alexis

Alexis is a Co-Founder of UX+ Conference. He's also a Product Designer at Kalibrr, helping millions of South East Asians find better opportunities by transforming the way jobseekers find jobs and companies hire talent.

He produces Roots, a podcast that profiles the lives of Filipino designers all around the world. He also co-hosts the podcast UX Almusal with Christian San Jose.

Through Specter, Alexis helps Filipino designers jumpstart their career in design through personalized mentorship and coaching. He also produces videos on design, growth, and leadership through his YouTube channel.

He co-founded User Experience Society, a global network of designers educating the next generation of UX design leaders.

About CSJ

CSJ is the Founder of UX+ Conference. He enjoys building and leading human-centered companies and design teams.

As an avid UX practitioner, he conducts UX workshops on a monthly basis, and organizes events that aim to grow the UX community in the Philippines.

Most recently, he was the Head of Design at First Circle, a FinTech organization that helps SMEs in Asia get fast, fair, and flexible access to business financing. Before that, he was the co-founder and Managing Director at Make by Ace Saatchi & Saatchi, and also headed up the design and technology departments in the past at MullenLowe Group, Jump Digital, and Create Digital, while working with brands and personalities like Cebu Pacific, Metrobank, BPI, Security Bank, Adobe, Kobe Bryant, Usher, and Usain Bolt.
